Well, they're finally here. Almost 2 years and almost 500 articles ago, Z8Games announced the epic armors to their players. Z8Games was the first publisher to announce the armors and, had they kept to their word, would have been the first publisher to implement them. Instead they are the last.

Gameforge was the first to give non-native players their first experience with the armor, with their second public test server, now a year ago. Metin2 SG made the armors available to their players in October last year. Z8Games holds the distinction of being the only publisher to have an announcement followed by implementation span multiple years.


So what are these armors like? Largely the same as has been seen before. The upgrade materials and requirements are as follows:


Going from early player reports, the stats of the armors appear to be those originally chosen by YMIR and kept by Gameforge, which are as follows:

.SG has nice updates but I don't like it... The "give everything players want" isn't what I'm looking for.

Its not that "its not the stat which people would like to have", its that such stat is completely useless for high levels, and even more if you have to spend a lot of hours to get it.

But to be clear about this point lol.. I don't like the stat on armor either but 10% demi resist is still to much for a server which isn't P. A block damage on the armor or skill speed would be appreciated though.

Actually its hard to up it. Because the materials are rare to drop, and most of them cannot be dropped if you are 92, so you have to relay on buying or on farmers. And as the normal armors, above the +6 it requires the 3 pearls.

Demi resistance is the perfect bonus, because the one you listed are not good for both pvp and pvm. Block is good for pvm and for pvp warriors or sin, but useless against magic class type, skill speed is useless for lightining mage, since the cap is reached at 200.

Demi resistance works in both pvp and pvm because its a mix of resistance to skill and resistance to normal damage, and its also worth the effort of making this armor.

HP regeneration is useless, same as AC (AC can even be a double edge sword), all the ppl who believe this bonus helps in pvm they really dont know what they are talking about.

So the juice of this post is that your slaying a boss to get a useless item.

Listen, I have 120% resist warrior if i add pendant 135 on their skills. Best warrior makes 2k ww on me. Adding more resist makes no chance for any player to kill another. I barely can kill someone 1 on 1 and ofc I won't die easily. You're killing the fun by adding this stat. And keep in mind that we are hoping that won't be the last armor we get.. Hoping someday we can go to lvl 120, Therefore, I will be looking for them to add new armors and weps which have that kind of stats. But now? adding this (the best resist stat) on armor that maximum can be lvl 90 isn't what i'm hoping for. Specially that after someone gets that armor and maxes the resist there will be no reason to keep playing.

And even if you have 120 resistance, you just need a dagger sin to put you down lol, this armor is made for wars, not for 1vs1.

My resist is like 45% dagger, 45% warr , 21% two hand, 25% sword, 15% sura

66% two hand war + 2hour pendant = 81%
70% one hand war = 85%
45% dagg =60%
40% mirage sura = 55%
65% BM =80%

on the same set.

Actually what makes me more laugh of Kawa is that on SG he was like a shadow, couldnt kill no1, was just famous for the jajaja lol, sometimes i remember to notice he was in war because of the jajaja at my feets.

As for .US, he just leveled Argus coz he cant do shit in pvp lol, he just nolifed to exp to 99 and for some1 who said he just like pvp this is very very sad XD

nop the difference in .sg is that gm's decide when the players have more € if is harrasment or not, cuz they invest international harrasment the day after we killed highvoltage while he was lvling and he spend alot of € in game.

well, I really dont like the idea of hp reg on that armours, the same way as I really dont like the idea of the demi bonus on armours too (because this resistance is a higher disadvantage for some class) but I can agree that demi bonus is better than hpreg bonus, but probably we would have better bonus than demi resistance, and more fair bonus.

About pvp on sg, a lot of things changed since Cannabis left sg. And Btw, I never had any problem about harrasment and I really made pvp in dt, invasions, and open maps. The diference probably is related with what you call pvp, and the way you understand pvp. You can make pvp without make any kind of harrasment.

Ndikas u are a cryer that changed yellow kingdom for EXP , clyde and argus not all weekends had 50% exp but they dont cry and lvl up in yellows always.  u are fcking kid that only know tell that u never bought tp`s when the 2 persons that never bought tp`s except to pack were Argus and clyde and they werent the best in pvp because they only bought tp`s for gold. well , How Crono and Asteria are the best without buy tp`s if Argus and clyde farmed alooooooooooot of hours more that asteria and crono to buy tp`s?, think about
Argus and clyde get in 2 weeks around 500kk and argus  sold poison , clams , armorslv 66 very cheap

P.S; I remember asteria y Ndikas shop : 3 poisons , 5 armors and some clams
       Clyde and argus shop ; 40 poison in 1 shop , 40 armos lv 66 and 1 or 2 shop full clams
       and u can ask Makavely and THANOS how many poison and armors ArguS sold them 150+ 100% sure

cuz we prefer farm in spite of spend money we r no lifers? if u spend ur time in game in farm in spite of be in city speaking with ppl or doing other things u will see how many money u can make and dont need spend much time
