Be sure to have written all the correct data, a real email and a non vulgar name in any kind of language. Also keep in mind that there is only 1 person who deal with that list so it requires some times before all names appear. I suggest you to wait a couple of days and then try to look at the list again

because wen u wrote ur name u didnt put Y or N if u want to accounts to be wiped ,so if u didnt put that they will write "?" cuz they dont know whats the answer,read chris post more carefully next time

lol don't feel too bad, I originally thought they Y & N were Yes and No's and the question marks threw me for a loop.  And I know of a few others who thought the same thing
