ya almost all gm's in every server (private or official) are breaking rules. They hide there actions and they lie. when they get caught lying they close threads or ignore us. Its just sad to have the proof and know nothing will happen.

how to extract the pack files... with winrar? i tryed with winrar i get error

Yea what he said works perfectly, but I use another tool with a gui because I do so much that I'd rather not type all that stuff.. add me on msn if you want the program or name of it..

I did all the small tuts....packed back.....copying root in pack.....all is fine...Connecting to the server>>>Succeed to connect the server>>>Logging in and then the game closes....
Do you know what's the problem?

that's usually caused by a piece of incorrect coding.. like in html or php when you forget a bracket or something and it ruins the entire page or takes it out of format.. try editing the original root again...or I may have made a mistake in one of the guides in the way I typed it here..maybe doing 1 at a time would find that out o.o sry if I did

Hum, I now remembered. These changes are caught by the auto-patch, isn't that right?

To stop patcher from catching the modified files you do this:

Create a file called metin2.bat
Open it with any text editor
Type this:

*

Code: [Select]

start metin2.bin
OR

*

Code: [Select]

start metin2client.bin
*Deciding which of those to type is based on which of those files is in your client.

Save the file and run it.

Or you just rename metin2.bin to metin2.exe bro, bin and exe's are the same files with different extensions ;P
